Eva and Les arrived in Australia 53 years ago. On arrival they purchased a boarding house that they operated with their family and Les entered the fashion industry as a packer.

1. Everything can be made but not everything can be sold but everything can be made and sold if you make what people need and can afford.
2. To keep your self respect and dignity you have to take a chance to tell the truth. You can always make money but you can never afford lose your self respect and dignity. Dignity and self respect is achieved in the work place when honest and open communication occurs and 100% is given everyday by everyone with the goal in creating a better environment for all.
3. When employing an erdigroup team member it is important to communicate our philosophy. Our philosophy ensures a common goal is achievable and creates a unified work place. It is essential for all of us to understand that anyone of us can lose our life. One second is long enough to take away a life and seconds are to be enjoyed and not thrown away. Quite simply work must be enjoyed.
